China Express Master Schedule and Task Lists

  • The new RTC Battered Chicken will require less labor and ingredients to maintain and will free up extra time for additional tasks to be completed in the Deli Department.
  • The Deli Manager and China Chef must develop a Master Schedule and Task List based on sales volume and ESL (English Second Language) levels of our China Chef and Cooks.
  • Example of tasks in the Deli may include:
  • Customer Service
  • Frying Help for the Hot Case
  • Packaging hot oven items or filling the oven such as Chicken, Turkey and Meatloaf
  • Help with Frozen or Fresh Loads
  • Package Cold Proteins
  • Shred Chicken and Turkey when it is pulled from the Self-Serve Warmer
